Call the bank

For customers:

You can choose between self-service or personal service where you can talk with an advisor, in Swedish or English. Call 0771-22 11 22 from Sweden or +46 (0)771-22 11 22 from outside the country.

In order to call the bank you will need to have access to our telephone service, which you can order in the internet bank under the menu option Övriga tjänster (Other services) and Telefonbanken (Telephone banking). If you don’t have access to the internet bank, you can visit one of our branch offices.

Log in and get access to the Telephone banking service

In order to make bank transactions via the telephone, you will be required to identify yourself using BankID or a personal code. You receive your personal code by visiting a branch office or via the Internet bank under the menu option Övriga tjänster (Other services) and Telefonbanken (telephone banking).

For non-customers:

You can become a customer online if you have a BankID, then you will automatically get access to our telephone service.
